Notice is hereby given that on the 10th day of March 2026, the Town Board of the Town of Pinckney, County of Lewis, NY, at a regular meeting thereof, adopted, subject to a permissive referendum, a Resolution authorizing the expenditure from the Equipment Reserve  Fund of fourteen thousand dollars ($14,000) to go towards the purchase 2026 Ram Pick-up truck

Notice is hereby given that, on March 10, 2026, the Town Board of Town of Pinckney passed a Bond Resolution, subject to permissive referendum authorizing the issuance of Serial Bonds not exceeding $55,000.00. to be used to purchase a 2026 Ram 2500 Tradesman Crew Cab The period of probable usefulness for such estimated cost pursuant to Local Finance Law Section 11.00 Subdivision 29 is five (5) years.
